Re:MIND was born in mid 2008. It is the brain child of three long-time friends who discovered they shared a common passion and goal in their music. With tastes and experience ranging from classical, to electronica, to metal, and beyond, Re:MIND can bring an interesting flavor to the table. A diverse experience is in store for the fans!
In early 2009, Re:MIND began work on their first album, Genesis Countdown. It's guaranteed to reflect their wide range of influence with songs like "Jinsei no Owari" and "PANDORA". Ash's vocals have been compared to those of Ryotaro Arimura's, but that's just one layer of the unique sound that the band produces. There are strong elements of punk rock laced throughout their melodies and guitar riffs. Setting out as pioneers in their field, Re:MIND hopes to take their audience on an exciting journey!

On February 9th, 2010, Aoi announced he will be leaving the band.
